Our commitment to our customers does not end at delivery so if a standard stocked product is no longer needed, that's no problem. Simply return the product to us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a refund subject to the following terms and conditions:
All items must be returned complete, in the original packaging and in an unused and undamaged condition.
Refunds can only be given for goods that are in saleable condition.
Non-stock and special stock items are not eligible for return under the ‘No Quibble’ product return scheme.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
